DELIVERY GUIDE:


Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

  4. Delivery Scheduling: Delivery is scheduled on a route.
  5. Confirmation Call: You will receive a call from our dedicated delivery team 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm the timing.
  6. Pre-Delivery Reminder: The driver will call at least 30 minutes before arrival to confirm you are at home.
  7. Delivery Timeframe: If your postcode is not listed below, delivery will take between 3-7 working days.

  • We do not offer specified day deliveries. If you are unable to accept delivery on certain days, please let us know, and we will assist in arranging an alternative.
  • If you miss the delivery, our driver will leave a card. Please contact us to reschedule.

    Please ensure the passage to the room is clear and there is sufficient space for our team to move the bed into the room of your choice.
  • Installation: £99.99
    If you’ve ordered installation, please ensure the previous bed has been dismantled before our team arrives to install your new bed. We are unable to dismantle or remove old beds due to health and safety regulations.

The Divan Base is constructed from a high-quality wood finish, available in all fabrics and colours. The Divan Bed also has storage options available in either 1, 2 or 4 Drawers, also with an option of foot end drawers or side drawers

Really nice double bed

We really like the bed and we feel it was a bargain price. We ordered a free standing headboard but it wouldn't go up the stairs. They exchanged it within a couple of days and refunded me the difference immediately

Fantastic!

Was a little dubious at first as had never heard of Beds Online Store plus the cost was half the price of other bed bases (even before the £20 off for new customers) that I'd been looking at so I wasn't sure of what the quality would be like. However, as the majority of all the reviews was very positive, I thought I'd request some fabric swatches to see how that went. The swatches arrived in two days and the fabrics were lovely, so I went all in and ordered a 4'6" foot opening ottoman bed base. Really simple online ordering process plus emails and text to confirm order and advice on delivery which (amazingly) was at 08:00, 3 working days later. The delivery driver was exceptionally helpful and the bed base (which conveniently came in two halves) was packaged really well in thick plastic to prevent damage. The plush grey material was lovely with no marks. The gas lift pistons were already installed and work perfectly, and the storage areas in each section are really roomy and have solid bases (not just stretched material as is usually the case in storage beds) so, all I had to do was put on the supplied feet and the U clips to join both sections together and slide it into place! All in all, an amazing customer focused service along with a 100% quality product. Would absolutely use again and will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

I was highly sceptical about BOS…

I was highly sceptical about Beds Online Store, given I’d never heard of them before, wasn’t sure I could trust the reviews and some product pictures were not available. Throughout furnishing my flat I really struggled finding reasonably priced and good looking beds - until I stumbled across beds Beds Online. I can’t recommend enough! Gorgeous, sturdy bed, timely delivery and excellent customer service. It’s a shame the business isn’t Marketed more as I’m sure there’s many people who had the same problem as me, and would be v happy with the product/service BOS offers. For now, i‘ll spread the word amongst friends and family.
